No matter what role Christine has held, classroom teacher, financial advisor, or now, as an independent agent, her passion has always been the same: explaining complicated things in a way that feels simple, human, and doable. And if there's one thing that needs simplifying, it's Money and Medicare. Whether you're turning 65, retiring early, or trying to figure out if you can afford to retire, you're probably facing a confusing mix of options, timelines, and opinions from well-meaning friends. It can feel overwhelming-and frankly, a little scary.

Meet Ed, our Director of Operations and the mastermind behind many of the systems, processes, and safeguards that keep Silver Support Insurance running efficiently and compliantly.
Before joining our team, Ed spent more than 20 years in the aerospace industry as a systems engineer and manager, supporting groundbreaking programs including Artemis, Orion, satellite systems, and flight software development. He was literally a rocket scientist.
As he says, "Good systems don't happen by accident. They're designed with the future in mind."
That same attention to detail now helps ensure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. From compliance and process improvement to technology and workflow management, Ed specializes in creating systems that reduce errors, improve efficiency, and keep everything moving forward.
When he's not streamlining processes or solving problems, you'll likely find him riding his eBike, hiking, traveling, enjoying a movie, or perfecting his collection of classic dad jokes.
